Note From Publisher

Happy Tuesday! I hope everyone enjoyed their 3 day weekend and were able to rest or do something fun! This week's Note From Publisher is going to be short & sweet, I took a last-minute trip over the weekend to visit a sick family member.
I am looking for some volunteers to help me at local events Macaroni Kid participates in. If any of you have a High School student or have a friend/family member with a High School student you think would be a good fit please pass on my information to them. They need to be good with children & people, the type of responsibilities would be to help set up and/or take down the Macaroni Kid booth items, assist kids with game or craft, answer basic questions about Macaroni Kid (I will talk to volunteer prior to event to explain that info), and of course have fun
Anyone that volunteers with me at the table will be provided lunch, (or breakfast if applicable) snacks, free or discounted tickets to the event, and pending on time & location event is held at I may be able to provide transportation one or both ways. If the student needs volunteer hours completed as a requirement for their graduation this does count towards that and I can sign the paperwork needed to show the hours completed.
