Halloween is almost here and weather this time of year can be unpredictable. Some years we put so many layers of clothing under our kid's costumes the seams look like they are going to burst, other years the kid's sweat like crazy with just their costume on! If it rains on Halloween night then you just end up with wet soggy kids, candy, costumes, shoes, and lots of whining! I have no clue what the weather will be this year for Halloween and I think weathermen just spin a wheel behind the scenes to predict the weather. Ssoooo I thought it would be a good idea to have a "Plan B" ready just incase at last minute Trick or Treating outdoors doesn't seem like a good idea.
