Jacksonville's Walk to Fight Suicide 2019

By Lisa Hamilton October 1, 2019

If you have ever lost a loved one from suicide you know the heartache it causes but I want to tell you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE! There are so many others out there going through the exact same thing and it is so important to talk about it and support each other.

On October 5th come out to Riverwalk Crossings for the Jacksonville Walk to Fight Suicide to help raise support for suicide prevention and connect with others in our area that are going through the same journey you are. It is free to walk but donations are greatly appreciated whether you choose to walk or not. Any donations made go to create educational programs, new research, support survivors of suicide loss, and advocate for public policies. If you would like to register for the walk or donate visit the AFSP website, there is also the option to create your own team and set a goal for raising funds. Register HERE! More details on the walk can be found on the registration site and the Jacksonville Walk to Fight Suicide 2019 Facebook Event Page.
